Hospitality Training
energises, uplifts, inspires, and equips your team with tools to transform their hospitality experience for one another and their customers.
When a team embodies genuine hospitality, they establish great connections with customers, drive higher sales, deliver exceptional service with thoughtful menu suggestions, and stay, not wishing to work elsewhere.

“Basia proved extraordinarily flexible in adjusting the training format to our specific needs, and was an absolute star during the training. The staff loved her and engaged swiftly. Most importantly, the training has made a palpable change in the customer experience.” -
Noam Bar, KungFuMama
"Basia did a wonderful job. Everyone was really happy and feeling very inspired." -
Nancy Wegner, Luca

Poor retention, low productivity, resistance to change, lack of support from management, higher labour costs, and reduced revenue.
As your team remains fully immersed in genuine hospitality, they learn to value their work more.
They start seeking opportunities to show how much they care for others whilst remaining motivated and inspired themselves. The energy is palpable and seductive. Your customers love it so much, they cannot wait to return, booking their next visit on the way out.
The absence of genuine hospitality affects a business:
The absence of genuine hospitality in a team looks like:
Lack of engagement, compliance over purpose, low morale, poor communication, weak problem solving, and pettiness, leading to conflict.
The positive impact of LaSA Hospitality training on your team and business:
Your team does excellent work. Retention rectifies, average spend goes up, and EBITDA margin improves.
The presence of genuine hospitality in your business is
great business.
The Value of Hospitality Training

My name is Basia Murphy.
I'm a former general manager, a head of training, and the founder of LaSA.
I fell in love with the industry unexpectedly, moving away from a planned and very different career path. At first, I did not understand how such a physically and mentally demanding job could be so much fun. I did not know I was experiencing hospitality; I did not analyse it; I just loved it.
In my hospitality life, I managed, restructured, and opened successful restaurants in and outside London, eventually becoming a company's head of training. I served teams of inspired professionals, delivering impeccable hospitality and service whilst working in extremely busy environments.
At LaSA, in gratitude and homage to the industry, its teams, and guests, I've developed a unique training in genuine hospitality, keen to share the benefits of expressing hospitality on a par with any highly regarded professional skill.

"The training will help maintain a more positive mindset at work and understanding under pressure"
"Wish we could have these workshops more often"
"Very inspiring"
"This training really got me thinking of how to be a better waitress and I definitely learned skills to deal with stress & how to reset!"
