Hospitality Training
Outcomes
What's in it for you?

Hospitality doesn't just happen.
My name is Basia Murphy.
I'm a former general manager, a company's head of training, and a founder of LaSA, Listen and Say Authentically, hospitality training project .
I fell in love with the industry unexpectedly, moving away from a planned and very different career path. At first, I did not understand how such a physically and mentally demanding job could be so much fun. I did not know I was experiencing hospitality; I did not analyse it; I just loved it.
In my hospitality life, I managed, restructured, and opened successful restaurants in and outside London, eventually becoming a company's head of training. I served teams of inspired professionals, delivering impeccable hospitality and service whilst working in extremely busy environments.
At LaSA, in gratitude and homage to the industry, its teams, and guests, I've developed professional hospitality training, keen to share the benefits of expressing hospitality on par with any highly regarded professional skill.
I look forward to helping your team take their hospitality to the stratosphere!

Just as service, hospitality is a professional skill we learn, practice, nurture and celebrate!
